I Want to Make Sure Everything is Labeled

Despite the fact that my little soap making studio is a smaller version of a factory, I still feel like everything should be labeled. I rented out a nice space where I hired people to work for me, and I think that they should have the same type of work ethics that I did when I was working all by myself out of my home. I definitely think that it makes a lot of sense to use a label maker to label all the chemicals, and just every ingredient. Soapmaking involves some harsh chemicals that are necessary. In their pure form, they are harmful, but they are necessary and they neutralize during the process. It is a matter of safety as well as organization. I want to make sure that I do my very best to make sure everyone is safe. I just care about my people a lot, and I want everything to go smoothly.

It is through the Construction Pipeline blog site that one shall come to know of two crucial changes that happened at CP in the last one year. It was these changes that set the ball rolling for a leads program at CP and this would not have been possible if there would not have been an internal assessment survey done beforehand.

The foremost finding was that out of the total leads that they were promoting each month to all sub contractors 100% were not real or completely verified as 5% of them were turning out stale. This meant that when subcontractors followed up on these leads they were not able to land viable projects. The other was that it was the monthly plan that gave them leads every 15 days which was making many leads turn old over time. These two reasons prompted the change that is seen today in CP towards a lead based initiative.

Recently I signed up with a company that specializes in Sales BPO (BPO is short for business process outsourcing) and I am really excited to start in two weeks. A company that specializes in sales BPO acts as a third party sales force for its clients. This type of sales seems right up my alley. At my last job I worked as a door to door salesman selling bowling shoes and although it was interesting for a while, I grew bored with selling the same product to the same type of consumer. Working for a company that sells hundreds of different products for dozens of different clients means that no two days at work will ever be the same. One morning I could be selling water filters and that afternoon I could be cold calling potential clients about chiropractic services. I am so excited to start my new job, I am going to even practice and rehearse my sales pitches in the coming weeks so I am ready for whatever they throw at me on my first day.

I was helping a friend consolidate his high interest credit card debts, and found that there are certain money lenders that offer both secured and unsecured debt consolidation loans. However, if you do not have a fully paid car or house to secured a loan, your remaining option are to compare quotes and find the cheapest unsecured immediate signature loans available. Note that the former type involves putting down some valuable collateral in order to get a higher loan amount at cheaper rates.

The best way is to get an interest free family loan to pay off the smaller debts. Unfortunately, I am also struggling with my car loan payments and cannot help much.
